The City should make the necessary improvements as this is a treasured trail that we all love and enjoy. If elected, I would be open to groups like the Koko Nut Koalition taking stewardship of this trail. I would also be open to charging tourists (not local people) user fees to assist in preservation and maintenance of this treasure.
